BEAMING took part in the TALLHEDA Clustering Event on sustainable agri-food and bioeconomy transformation
On 16 March 2026, BEAMING took part in the online TALLHEDA Clustering Event, entitled “From Skills to Solutions: Enabling Sustainable Agri-Food and Bioeconomy Transformation through Education, Digital Tools and Ecosystems.”
The session brought together EU projects, higher education institutions, VET providers, research organisations and industry actors working at the intersection of digital agriculture, sustainability and skills development, with the shared goal of supporting the green and digital transition of the agri-food sector.
Representing BEAMING, Alina Butu and Aniko Feher delivered an overview of the project, presenting its main objectives and overall approach. They also highlighted BEAMING’s work in the area of Knowledge Valorisation, where the project is currently developing a training module aimed at strengthening knowledge transfer and supporting the uptake of innovative solutions across agri-food and bioeconomy ecosystems.
The event also created a valuable space for exchange with other European initiatives, including TALLHEDA, CultiVETing, My Farm, Econutri, MANTRA and XR2Learn, fostering discussion on how education, digital innovation and nature-based solutions can be scaled up and adopted across different regions.
BEAMING’s participation in the event further reinforced the project’s commitment to collaboration, knowledge exchange and the development of key skills needed to support a more sustainable, resilient and innovative agri-food system.
