BEAMING ANNUAL MEETING HELD IN NOVI SAD

From 12 to 14 May 2026, the BEAMING consortium gathered in Novi Sad, Serbia, for the project’s Annual Meeting, hosted by the University of Novi Sad (Agriculture Faculty). The event brought together all project partners to review progress, align upcoming activities, and strengthen collaboration across the consortium.

Over the three days, partners discussed key areas of the project, including knowledge valorisation, bioeconomy research cooperation, Communities of Practice, inclusive innovation culture, dissemination and communication, and the future development of the BEAMING Alliance. The meeting also included practical training on prioritisation methods, interactive group work, and open discussions on institutional challenges, capacity-building needs, and opportunities for long-term collaboration.

The consortium also reviewed the project’s communication and dissemination progress, confirming that BEAMING is advancing well towards its planned visibility and engagement targets. During the meeting, a new promotional video was recorded in Novi Sad, which will support future communication activities and help further showcase the project’s objectives and achievements.

The Annual Meeting concluded with a shared understanding of the next steps for the coming months, including the continuation of institutional action plans, expert and validation workshops, networking visits, and further work to define the missions and operational focus of the project’s thematic Communities of Practice.
